Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Ingrediënten
- pork tenderloin
- button mushrooms
- dry vermouth
- milk
- onions
- garlic clove (optional)
- wholegrain mustard
- hot mustard
- chicken stock paste, homemade
- salt
Bereidingswijze
- Place vermouth, milk, onions, garlic (if using), wholegrain mustard, hot mustard, chicken stock paste, salt and black pepper in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Stir contents of simmering basket with spatula to ensure even cooking then cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1 or until pork is thoroughly cooked (see tip). Transfer pork and mushrooms to a serving dish and set aside in a warm place.
- Add crème fraîche and cornflour to mixing bowl and cook 3 min/80°C/speed 4. Coat meat and mushrooms with sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
