Pulled Pork and Cider Rolls

Ingrediënten
- pork fillet
- dry cider
- onions
- garlic clove
- Dijon mustard
- dark brown sugar
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- lard
- fresh tarragon
Bereidingswijze
- Place pork and cider in mixing bowl then cook 30 min/80°C//speed . Strain through simmering basket, collecting the cooking liquid in a bowl below.
- Place cooked pork back in mixing bowl and shred 4 sec//speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place 180 g reserved cooking liquid, onions, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 30 sec/speed 10.
- Add lard, tarragon leaves and reserved shredded pork then cook 20 min/90°C//speed 2. Serve hot.
