Ingrediënten

  • onions
  • pork shoulder, boneless
  • barbecue sauce
  • water
  • cola
  • beef jus
  • garlic clove
  • fresh rosemary
  • smoked salt
  • burger buns

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place onions, pork, 450 g barbecue sauce, water, cola, beef jus, garlic, rosemary and salt in mixing bowl then Slow Cook /6 h/98°C. Remove pork and onions from mixing bowl with tongs and drain on paper towels. Empty mixing bowl, reserving cooking liquid (see tip), set onions aside and cut pork into 6 pieces.
  2. Place 3 pork pieces in mixing bowl and shred 6-8 sec//speed 4 until shredded. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place remaining 3 pork pieces in mixing bowl and shred 6-8 sec//speed 4 until shredded.
  4. Add reserved shredded pork, remaining 50 g barbecue sauce and 50 g reserved cooking liquid then mix 5 sec//speed 3. Toast burger buns, fill each one with 2 lettuce leaves, 20 g ketchup (approx. 1½ Tbsp), one sixth of pulled pork and reserved onions. Serve immediately.
