Ingrediënten
- dried chilli flakes
- smoked paprika
- mustard powder
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- pork fillet
- water
- barbecue sauce
- Dijon mustard
- cider vinegar
Bereidingswijze
- Place water in mixing bowl. Place covered Varoma into position then steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 2 until pork is cooked through. Discard contents of mixing bowl.
- Place cooked pork in mixing bowl then shred 10 sec//speed 4.
- Add barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar and remaining 1 Tbsp water then mix 5 sec//speed 1. Stir once more with spatula by hand. Serve hot, in a brioche burger bun, with salad or coleslaw.
