Bereidingswijze
- Place mint and coriander leaves in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place onions and garlic in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add 30 g oil and squash then cook 8 min/100°C//speed .
- Add lentils, stock, water, curry paste, tamarind paste, sugar and reserved lamb then, without measuring cup, cook 30 min/98°C//speed .
