  • almond butter
  • maple syrup
  • banana

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Place walnuts in mixing bowl and chop 1 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Place carrots in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Add almond butter, maple syrup, banana, vanilla and egg then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add quinoa flakes, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt then mix 20 sec//speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
