Quinoa Tostadas

Ingrediënten
- quinoa grains
- chia seeds
- sesame seeds
- fine sea salt
- water
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place quinoa and chia seeds in mixing bowl then mill 30 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add sesame seeds, salt and water then mix 6 sec/speed 6. Tip out onto a large piece of cling film and bring together into a flattened ball. Cover with another large piece of cling film. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1-2 mm (sprinkle with water if dough is too dry to work with). Using a 4 cm cookie cutter, cut out tostadas and place on prepared baking tray. Re-roll any leftover dough to cut out further tostadas.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes (200°C). Set aside and allow to cool before using as a base for canapés.
