Ingrediënten
- caster sugar
- fresh strawberries
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- caster sugar
- tinned peaches
- freshly squeezed orange juice
- vanilla sugar
- fresh pineapple
- Granny Smith apples
- apple juice
Bereidingswijze
- Rinse ice cream cups or ice lolly moulds (approx. 100 ml each) with cold water and transfer to freezer to chill.
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 15 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place strawberries, 10 g lemon juice, ½ tsp caster sugar and 30 g icing sugar in mixing bowl then mix 25 sec/speed 8. Transfer to ice lolly moulds, transfer to freezer and freeze for approx. 45 minutes. After 40 minutes, continue with next fruit.
- Place peaches and 10 g orange juice in mixing bowl then mix 30 sec/speed 8. Remove ice lolly moulds from freezer and pour in peach mixture to create the next layer. Insert wooden ice lolly sticks, transfer to freezer and freeze again for approx. 45 minutes. After 40 minutes, continue with next fruit.
- Place pineapple, 10 g lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla sugar and 15 g icing sugar in mixing bowl then mix 45 sec/speed 8. Remove ice lolly moulds from freezer and pour in pineapple mixture to create the next layer. Transfer to freezer and freeze again for approx. 45 minutes. After 40 minutes, continue with next fruit.
