Bereidingswijze

  1. Place onions, mushrooms and butter in mixing bowl, mix 10 sec/speed 4 the sauté 6 min/120°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry chicken involtini briefly on all sides. Remove from pan and add reserved wine to loosen frying residue.
  2. Add reserved wine and frying residue, water, chicken stock, remaining ¾ tsp salt and ¾ tsp pepper then cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add reserved chicken involtini and reserved asparagus pieces then start  Open Cooking/25 min/100°C. Remove chicken involtini and keep warm.
  4. Add pasta and cook time indicated on packet/100°C//speed 1.
