Ingrediënten

  • pitted black olives
  • dried figs
  • walnut halves
  • fresh rosemary
  • rye flour
  • strong white bread flour
  • water
  • fresh yeast
  • fine sea salt
  • olive oil

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place olives, dried figs, walnuts and rosemary in mixing bowl then chop 6 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula.
  2. Add rye flour, strong white flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil then knead Dough /5 min. Meanwhile, line 'Betty' casserole dish with baking paper and set aside. Transfer dough to prepared 'Betty' casserole dish and leave to rise for 1 hour with lid closed.
  3. Towards the end of rising time, preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes with closed lid and then bake a further 30 minutes without lid.
