Saffron Chicken Penne

Ingrediënten
- Parmesan cheese
- saffron threads
- water
- fine sea salt
- olive oil
- penne
- chicken breast
- double cream
- ground black pepper
- fresh spinach
Bereidingswijze
- Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place 1000 g water, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp oil in mixing bowl then bring to the boil 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add penne and cook time indicated on packet 100°C//speed or until al dente. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with 2 tsp oil over a medium-high heat on hob. Add chicken pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked and golden. Once cooked transfer to a serving bowl and keep warm.
- Avoiding blades, place cream, soaked saffron threads with water, 1 tsp salt and pepper in mixing bowl then heat 2 min/100°C//speed 1. Pour sauce over pasta and chicken. Place serving bowl on mixing bowl lid, add spinach and red chilli then stir together with spatula. Serve hot sprinkled with the grated Parmesan.
