Ingrediënten
- rich tea biscuits
- dried fruit and nuts
- raw cane sugar
- dark chocolate
- unsalted butter
- egg yolks
- rum
Bereidingswijze
- Place biscuits in mixing bowl and crush 13 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place dried fruit and nut mix in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer to bowl with biscuits and set aside.
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a separate bowl and set aside.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 4 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then melt 3 min/50°C/speed 1, or until fully melted.
- Reserve 3 tablespoons of the ground sugar for garnishing. Add remaining sugar, butter and egg yolks then combine 30 sec/speed 4.
