Ingrediënten
- fresh dill
- fresh salmon fillets
- smoked trout
- cream cheese
- double cream
- medium eggs
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- prawns, raw, peeled, deveined
- olive oil
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a straight sided loaf tin with baking paper.
- Reserve 1 sprig of dill for garnish. Place remaining dill in mixing bowl and chop 15 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place salmon in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add trout and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add cream cheese, double cream, eggs, salt and pepper then mix 40 sec/speed 4. Place half of mixture in prepared loaf tin and smooth surface then cover with a layer of 80 g peeled raw prawns.
