Ingrediënten

  • fresh dill
  • fresh salmon fillets
  • smoked trout
  • cream cheese
  • double cream
  • medium eggs
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • prawns, raw, peeled, deveined
  • olive oil

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a straight sided loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. Reserve 1 sprig of dill for garnish. Place remaining dill in mixing bowl and chop 15 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place salmon in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
  4. Add trout and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
  5. Add cream cheese, double cream, eggs, salt and pepper then mix 40 sec/speed 4. Place half of mixture in prepared loaf tin and smooth surface then cover with a layer of 80 g peeled raw prawns.
