Ingrediënten

  • plain flour
  • cocoa powder
  • unsalted butter
  • icing sugar
  • large egg
  • light brown sugar
  • unsalted butter
  • double cream
  • fine sea salt
  • dark chocolate

Bereidingswijze

  1. Towards the end of resting time, preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar and egg in mixing bowl and chop Turbo/2.0 sec/6 times. Tip out onto a lightly floured surface and bring together into a flattened ball. Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm then cut out and line 10 individual tartlet tins (Ø 9 cm). Prick bases with a fork then set aside in fridge for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  3. Line pastry shells with baking paper and fill with baking beans then blind bake for 10 minutes (180°C). Remove baking beans and paper then bake for a further 5 minutes (180°C). Set aside on a wire rack to cool. Meanwhile, prepare salted caramel.
  4. Place sugar, butter, cream and salt in mixing bowl and cook 20 min/120°C/speed 3.
  5. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10.
