Salted Caramel Chocolate Tartlets

Ingrediënten
- plain flour
- cocoa powder
- unsalted butter
- icing sugar
- large egg
- light brown sugar
- unsalted butter
- double cream
- fine sea salt
- dark chocolate
Bereidingswijze
- Towards the end of resting time, preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar and egg in mixing bowl and chop Turbo/2.0 sec/6 times. Tip out onto a lightly floured surface and bring together into a flattened ball. Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm then cut out and line 10 individual tartlet tins (Ø 9 cm). Prick bases with a fork then set aside in fridge for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
- Line pastry shells with baking paper and fill with baking beans then blind bake for 10 minutes (180°C). Remove baking beans and paper then bake for a further 5 minutes (180°C). Set aside on a wire rack to cool. Meanwhile, prepare salted caramel.
- Place sugar, butter, cream and salt in mixing bowl and cook 20 min/120°C/speed 3.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10.
