Ingrediënten

  • coriander leaf
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • vegetable oil
  • fresh root ginger
  • garlic cloves
  • ground cumin
  • ground coriander
  • chilli powder
  • cloves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place fresh coriander in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place onions, tomatoes, 30 g oil, ginger and garlic in mixing bowl then chop 10 sec/speed 8.
  3. Add cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, cloves and cardamom pods then sauté 5 min/100°C/speed .
  4. Add ground almonds, coconut milk, cream, salt and pepper then simmer 8 min/98°C/speed 1. Meanwhile heat remaining 30 g oil and butter in a frying pan then sauté the seafood in batches to seal.
  5. Add sealed seafood and juices to mixing bowl then continue to simmer 3 min/98°C//speed  until the seafood is cooked. Serve garnished with sliced chilli and reserved chopped coriander.
