Smoked Salmon and Leek Quiche

Ingrediënten
- Gruyère cheese
- plain flour

Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a loose-based fluted tart tin (Ø 24 cm).
- Place Gruyère in mixing bowl and grate 8 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean mixing bowl.
- Place flour, butter, water and salt in mixing bowl, knead Dough /1 min, then mix 10 sec//speed 2. Tip out onto a floured surface, bring together into a ball, then roll out to 3 mm thick and use to line prepared tin. Trim edges and prick base with a fork then line with baking paper and fill with baking beans. Blind bake for 12 minutes (180°C), removing baking beans and paper once done. Meanwhile, make béchamel sauce.
- Place butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then cook 7 min/90°C/speed 4.
- Add eggs and mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
