Ingredients

  • oil
  • fresh button mushrooms
  • broccoli
  • zucchini
  • shallot
  • smoked salmon
  • Parmesan cheese
  • large eggs
  • whole milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini and shallot into mixing bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 4. Divide mixture between prepared Thermomix® Nester cups. Distribute salmon pieces on top of mixture and set aside.
  2. Place Parmesan into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper and mix 10 sec//speed 4. Distribute egg mixture over vegetables and salmon in Thermomix® Nester. Rinse mixing bowl.
  4. Place water into mixing bowl. Place Thermomix® Nester onto Varoma tray. Insert Varoma tray into Varoma dish. Set Varoma dish into position, secure Varoma lid and steam 22 min/Varoma/speed 1. Allow to cool for 10 minutes then carefully remove muffins from Thermomix® Nester using a tablespoon.
