Ingrediënten

  • Parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic cloves
  • cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • water
  • dried spaghetti
  • fresh basil leaves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Parmesan and parsley in mixing bowl then grate 10 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place oil and garlic in mixing bowl then cook 4 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add tomatoes and 1 pinch salt then cook 3 min/100°C/speed 1. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl. Discard garlic, mix well with spatula, cover, then set aside and keep warm.
  4. Place water and 1 pinch salt in mixing bowl then bring to the boil 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
  5. Add spaghetti and cook  Open Cooking/4 min/100°C. Gently press the spaghetti down with your hands or spatula until it reaches the mixing bowl rim, allowing the lid to be placed. Cook 9 min/100°C/speed 1 or until al dente. Drain in simmering basket then transfer to serving bowl with sauce. Sprinkle with reserved grated Parmesan, then garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
