- fresh parsley leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic cloves
- cherry tomatoes

- dried spaghetti

Bereidingswijze
- Place Parmesan and parsley in mixing bowl then grate 10 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place oil and garlic in mixing bowl then cook 4 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add tomatoes and 1 pinch salt then cook 3 min/100°C/speed 1. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl. Discard garlic, mix well with spatula, cover, then set aside and keep warm.
- Place water and 1 pinch salt in mixing bowl then bring to the boil 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add spaghetti and cook Open Cooking/4 min/100°C. Gently press the spaghetti down with your hands or spatula until it reaches the mixing bowl rim, allowing the lid to be placed. Cook 9 min/100°C/speed 1 or until al dente. Drain in simmering basket then transfer to serving bowl with sauce. Sprinkle with reserved grated Parmesan, then garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
