Special Un-Fried Rice

Ingrediënten
- medium eggs
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- garlic cloves
- spring onions
- sesame oil
- red pepper
- carrots
- water
- chicken stock cube (for 0.5 l)
Bereidingswijze
- Place eggs, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 3. Line Varoma tray with a large piece of wet baking paper with enough to go 3 cm up the sides and carefully pour egg mixture onto prepared Varoma tray. Spread egg out evenly to edges of Varoma tray then set aside. Clean mixing bowl.
- Place garlic, spring onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add red pepper and carrots then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to Varoma dish, distributing evenly, leaving some holes uncovered for steam to circulate.
- Place water and chicken stock in mixing bowl then insert simmering basket and weigh in rice. Place covered Varoma into position and steam 10 min/Varoma/speed 4.
- Carefully remove Varoma lid, insert Varoma tray, cover Varoma then steam 5 min/Varoma/speed 4.
