Ingrediënten

  • spelt grains
  • water
  • fresh yeast
  • sugar
  • sunflower seeds
  • ground allspice
  • ground coriander
  • fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place 250 g spelt grains in mixing bowl and grind 1 min/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place remaining 450 g spelt grains in mixing bowl and grind coarsely 1 min/speed 10.
  3. Add water, reserved ground spelt grains, fresh yeast, sugar, sunflower seeds, allspice, coriander and salt and knead Dough /5 min.
  4. Preheat oven to 250°C and line a loaf tin (1300 g/3 lb) with baking paper or grease it lightly.
  5. Place dough in prepared tin and leave to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.
