Ingrediënten
- chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- garlic cloves
- fresh root ginger
- white rum
- onions
- sunflower oil
- dried red chilli
- fresh jalapeño chilli
- coconut milk
- toasted sesame oil
Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic and ginger in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add rum and mix 10 sec/speed 2. Pour mixture over reserved chicken then mix well using spatula. Cover with cling film and set aside to marinate.
- Place onions, sunflower oil, dried chilli and jalapeño in mixing bowl then chop 6 sec/speed 4. Sauté 8 min/120°C/speed .
- Add reserved marinated chicken and sauté 5 min/120°C//speed .
- Add coconut milk, sesame oil, curry powder and salt then stir with spatula. Cook 10 min/100°C//speed . Transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
