Ingrediënten

  • chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh root ginger
  • white rum
  • onions
  • sunflower oil
  • dried red chilli
  • fresh jalapeño chilli
  • coconut milk
  • toasted sesame oil

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place garlic and ginger in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Add rum and mix 10 sec/speed 2. Pour mixture over reserved chicken then mix well using spatula. Cover with cling film and set aside to marinate.
  3. Place onions, sunflower oil, dried chilli and jalapeño in mixing bowl then chop 6 sec/speed 4. Sauté 8 min/120°C/speed .
  4. Add reserved marinated chicken and sauté 5 min/120°C//speed .
  5. Add coconut milk, sesame oil, curry powder and salt then stir with spatula. Cook 10 min/100°C//speed . Transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
