- garlic cloves
- pork belly, boneless and skinless
- red onions
- fresh chillies
- stout beer
- meat stock cubes (each for 0.5 l)
- star anise
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
Bereidingswijze
- Add beer, stock cubes, star anise, salt and pepper then cook 7 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add reserved pork and start Open Cooking/30 min/100°C. Every 10 minutes stir gently with spatula, including base of mixing bowl.
- Add pickled onions and carrots, mix well with spatula then start Open Cooking/45 min/100°C. Every 10 minutes stir gently with spatula, including base of mixing bowl. Transfer to a serving dish then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
