Ingrediënten

  • olive oil
  • water
  • broccoli florets
  • fresh baby spinach
  • double cream
  • agar agar
  • feta cheese
  • soft goat's cheese
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place water in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and weigh in broccoli. Place Varoma dish into position and weigh in spinach. Cover Varoma then steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove Varoma then remove simmering basket with aid of spatula. Transfer broccoli to Varoma then set aside to drain. Discard steaming water.
  2. Place cream and, avoiding mixing blade, agar agar in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/100°C/speed 2.
  3. Add feta and goat's cheese then mix 50 sec/speed 3.
  4. Add reserved broccoli, reserved spinach, salt and pepper then mix 30 sec//speed 3. Transfer to prepared mould and cover with reusable wrap or cling film. Leave to cool before placing in fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
