- butternut squash
- olive oil
- Cheddar cheese
- fresh spinach
- unsalted butter
- plain flour
- milk
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- large eggs
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 190°C and line 2 Swiss roll tins (23 cm x 33 cm) with baking paper.
- Place a baking tray on mixing bowl lid. Weigh butternut squash onto baking tray, toss with oil then roast for 40 minutes (190°C) or until tender. Meanwhile, continue with recipe.
- Place Cheddar in mixing bowl and grate 8 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place spinach in mixing bowl and cook 4 min/90°C/speed 2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook again 1 min/90°C/speed 2. Drain cooked spinach in simmering basket to remove excess moisture.
- Place drained spinach, butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then cook 4 min/90°C/speed 4.
