Ingrediënten

  • butter
  • eggs (53-63 g each)
  • sugar (caster sugar)
  • vanilla sugar, homemade
  • plain flour
  • baking powder (optional)
  • salt (optional)

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a springform tin (Ø 22 cm) and set aside.
  2. Insert butterfly whisk. Place eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in mixing bowl and whisk 6 min/37°C/speed 4. Whisk for a further 6 min/speed 4.
  3. Add flour, baking powder and salt around butterfly whisk and mix 4 sec/speed 3.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared springform tin and bake immediately for 20-25 minutes (180°C). Allow cake to cool for approx. 10 minutes before removing from springform tin. Allow cake to cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing in half horizontally for filling.
