Ingrediënten

- long grain rice

Bereidingswijze
- Place all curry powder ingredients in mixing bowl and toast 15 min/120°C/speed 2 then grind 30 sec/speed 10. Transfer to an airtight jar until required.
- Place cardamom, cinnamon, fenugreek, cloves and peppercorns in mixing bowl then toast 2 min/100°C//speed 1 then grind 30 sec/speed 10. Repeat if necessary until fine.
- Add ginger, onion, garlic, lemon grass and chillies then chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add oil, turmeric, curry leaves and 2 tsp reserved curry powder then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add tomatoes, steak, coconut milk, salt and vinegar then cook 45 min/120°C/speed 1.
