Ingredients

  • chorizo
  • milk
  • sugar
  • butter
  • fresh yeast
  • egg
  • bread flour
  • salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. Place chorizo in mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place milk, sugar, butter and yeast in mixing bowl then mix 1 min/37°C/speed 2.
  3. Add egg, flour and salt then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and mix again 10 sec/speed 4. Add prepared chorizo, stir briefly with spatula and leave dough to rest in mixing bowl until doubled in volume (approx. 30 minutes).
  4. Transfer dough to a floured work surface and knead into a cylinder shape. Using a scraper, divide the cylinder into 8 pieces. Shape into balls and place separately in holes of Thermomix® Nester. Place Thermomix® Nester on Varoma tray, cover with Varoma lid and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse mixing bowl.
  5. Place water in mixing bowl and set Varoma in position then steam 25 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set Varoma aside. Leave to cool for 10 minutes then remove bread rolls from Thermomix® Nester.
