Ingredients

  • cooking oil
  • all purpose flour
  • baking soda
  • cream of tartar
  • ground nutmeg
  • sugar
  • water
  • lemon juice
  • butter
  • mixed dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Grease Thermomix® Nester with oil. Place a bowl on mixing bowl lid, weigh in flour. Add baking soda, cream of tartar and ground nutmeg to it. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Add 30 g water, mix 1 min/speed 1.
  3. Add butter in mixing bowl, mix 1 min/speed . Meanwhile, mix 2 tbsp flour mixture and 160 g mixed fruits in a bowl.
  4. Add reserved mixed fruits and concentrated orange juice to mixing bowl, mix 2 min/speed  Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Let it cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes Timer /30 min.
  5. Add reserved flour mixture, mix 20 sec//speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
