- cumin seeds
- sweet paprika
- harissa paste
- fresh flat-leaf parsley
- poussins
- fresh flat-leaf parsley
- dried apricots
- dried prunes
Bereidingswijze
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Add apricots and prunes then chop 10 sec/speed 5. Add pine nuts and raisins, stir in with spatula then transfer mixture to a large serving dish and set aside.
- Place marinated poussins in Varoma dish, cover and place Varoma into position then steam 50 min/Varoma/speed 2.5.
- Remove Varoma and set on a plate while you insert simmering basket with quinoa. Place Varoma back into position and steam again 20 min/Varoma/speed 2.5.
