Ingrediënten

  • oil
  • fresh kaffir lime leaves
  • fresh green beans
  • spring onions
  • white fish fillets
  • Thai red curry paste
  • coconut cream
  • egg white
  • salt
  • water

Bereidingswijze

  1. Lightly grease Varoma dish and tray and set aside. Place kaffir lime leaves in mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula.
  2. Add green beans and spring onions and chop 6-8 sec/speed 5.
  3. Place white fish fillets, Thai red curry paste, coconut cream, egg white and salt in mixing bowl and chop Turbo/1.0 sec/3 times, or until mix is well combined but not puréed.
  4. Place water in mixing bowl and set Varoma in position. Steam 16 min/Varoma/speed 2. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  5. Place remaining fish cakes in Varoma dish and tray, set Varoma in position and steam 10 min/Varoma/speed 2. Serve fish cakes warm, garnished with chilli.
