Ingrediënten
- water
- plain flour
- vegetable oil
- fine sea salt
- fresh parsley
- sliced wholemeal bread
- lemon
- beef fillet steaks
- hot paprika
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Place water in mixing bowl and heat 2 min/37°C/speed 1.
- Add flour, oil and salt then knead Dough /1 min. Tip out and bring together into a ball. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make filling.
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place bread and lemon peel in mixing bowl then grate 8 sec/speed 8. Transfer to another bowl and set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and sear steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned then set aside.
