Ingrediënten

  • water
  • plain flour
  • vegetable oil
  • fine sea salt
  • fresh parsley
  • sliced wholemeal bread
  • lemon
  • beef fillet steaks
  • hot paprika
  • fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place water in mixing bowl and heat 2 min/37°C/speed 1.
  2. Add flour, oil and salt then knead Dough /1 min. Tip out and bring together into a ball. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make filling.
  3. Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Place bread and lemon peel in mixing bowl then grate 8 sec/speed 8. Transfer to another bowl and set aside.
  5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and sear steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned then set aside.
