- Parmesan cheese
- sweet potatoes
- water
- rice flour
- salt
- ground black pepper

Bereidingswijze
- Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place sweet potatoes in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer to simmering basket and set aside.
- Place water in mixing bowl, insert simmering basket and steam 15 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove simmering basket with aid of spatula, set aside and leave sweet potatoes to cool (approx. 30 minutes). Empty mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a pizza tray (Ø 30 cm) with baking paper.
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place steamed sweet potatoes in mixing bowl and purée 10 sec/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk.
