Tamarind and Chilli Barbecued Lamb Chops

Ingrediënten

- fresh root ginger
- garlic clove
- fresh jalapeño chilli
- ripe mango
- tamarind paste
- treacle
- ground allspice
- red wine
- orange juice
Bereidingswijze
- Light barbecue or preheat grill (220°C).
- Place onions, ginger, garlic and chilli in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7.
- Add mango, tamarind paste, treacle, allspice, red wine and orange juice then cook 25 min/98°C/speed . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add vinegar and, without measuring cup, cook 10 min/100°C/speed . Insert measuring cup then blend 1 min/speed 10.
- Grill for 5-8 minutes (220°C), occasionally turning and brushing with tamarind and mango sauce. Serve immediately or keep warm.
