Ingrediënten

- plain flour
- fine sea salt
- water
- Gruyère cheese

Bereidingswijze
- Grease a tart tin (Ø 28 cm) and set aside. Place butter, flour and salt in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add water and mix Dough /50 sec. Roll out on a floured surface (2-3 mm thick) and fit into tart tin. Prick base with a fork then cover and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200°C.
- Line pastry with baking paper and fill with baking beans then bake blind for 15 minutes (200°C). Meanwhile, prepare filling.
- Place cheese in mixing bowl and chop 9 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place onions, oil and ½ tsp salt in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then sauté 5 min/100°C/speed . Spread softened onions onto prepared pastry base, forming a first layer.
