Teriyaki Salmon Burgers

Ingrediënten
- garlic clove
- fresh root ginger
- sesame oil
- dark soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- dark brown sugar
- cornflour
- garlic cloves
- spring onions
- light brown sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic and ginger in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add oil and sauté 2 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cornflour mixture, cook 5 min/110°C/speed 1 then blend Blend /30 sec. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean mixing bowl.
- Place garlic, spring onions, sugar, chilli, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add salmon and coriander then chop Turbo/1.0 sec/1-2 times until chopped. Shape mixture into 6 balls then flatten slightly to make burgers (Ø 7-8 cm) and place on a plate.
