Ingrediënten

  • garlic clove
  • fresh root ginger
  • sesame oil
  • dark soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • dark brown sugar
  • cornflour
  • garlic cloves
  • spring onions
  • light brown sugar

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place garlic and ginger in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Add oil and sauté 2 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cornflour mixture, cook 5 min/110°C/speed 1 then blend Blend /30 sec. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean mixing bowl.
  4. Place garlic, spring onions, sugar, chilli, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add salmon and coriander then chop Turbo/1.0 sec/1-2 times until chopped. Shape mixture into 6 balls then flatten slightly to make burgers (Ø 7-8 cm) and place on a plate.
