Thai Chicken Tartlets

Ingredients
- olive oil
- dumpling wrapper
- water
- chicken breast fillet, skinless
- lemon zest
- spring onion
- red onion
- fresh red chilli
- fresh green chilli
- fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush Thermomix® Nester with oil and place a dumpling wrapper in each hole, brush wanton wrapper with oil.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes, unmold and set aside. Repeat with remaining dumpling wrapper.
- Place 350 g water in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and add 300 g chicken, steam 16 min/Varoma/speed 2. Remove simmering basket with spatula and set aside. Empty mixing bowl.
- Place reserved cooked chicken in mixing bowl, shred 5 sec//speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place 1 lemon zest in mixing bowl, grate 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
