Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • dumpling wrapper
  • water
  • chicken breast fillet, skinless
  • lemon zest
  • spring onion
  • red onion
  • fresh red chilli
  • fresh green chilli
  • fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush Thermomix® Nester with oil and place a dumpling wrapper in each hole, brush wanton wrapper with oil.
  2. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes, unmold and set aside. Repeat with remaining dumpling wrapper.
  3. Place 350 g water in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and add 300 g chicken, steam 16 min/Varoma/speed 2. Remove simmering basket with spatula and set aside. Empty mixing bowl.
  4. Place reserved cooked chicken in mixing bowl, shred 5 sec//speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Place 1 lemon zest in mixing bowl, grate 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
