Ingrediënten
- plain flour
- olive oil
- water
- fresh basil leaves
- lemon zest
- fine sea salt
- olive oil
- onions
- sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- chicken breast fillets, skinless
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line base of a springform tin (Ø 26 cm) with baking paper.
- Place flour, oil, water, basil, lemon zest and salt in mixing bowl then mix 15 sec/speed 5. Tip out and shape into a ball. Line prepared tin with the pastry using fingertips, prick with a fork to prevent air bubbles and bake for 10 minutes (200°C). Meanwhile, prepare filling.
- Place oil, onions and sun-dried tomatoes in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add chicken, salt and pepper, cook 10 min/100°C//speed 1, then shred 4 sec//speed 4.
- Add cherry tomatoes and mix with spatula. Transfer to tin with baked pastry and set aside.
