Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- blanched almonds
- dark chocolate
- caster sugar
- natural vanilla extract
- medium eggs
- icing sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 170°C and grease and line base of a cake tin (Ø 20 cm) with baking paper.
- Place almonds in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10.
- Add chocolate and chop Turbo/1.0 sec/5 times. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place butter, sugar and vanilla extract in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 5. Insert butterfly whisk and cream 1 min/speed 4.
- Add eggs and mix 30 sec/speed 4. Remove butterfly whisk and scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
