Ingrediënten

  • plain flour
  • frozen spinach
  • medium eggs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • onions
  • unsalted butter
  • pancetta
  • garlic clove
  • minced veal

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place flour and spinach in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 9.
  2. Add eggs and oil then knead Dough /2 min. Tip out and bring together into a ball then wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  3. Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Place garlic, onions, pancetta and butter in mixing bowl then chop 7 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then, without measuring cup, sauté 2 min/100°C/speed 1.
  5. Add veal, salt and pepper then, without measuring cup, cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1. Set mixing bowl aside to cool for 10 minutes.
