- fresh parsley
- garlic cloves
- red pepper

- clarified butter
- tomato purée

Bereidingswijze
- Place Emmental in mixing bowl and grate 8 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 8. Transfer to bowl with cheese, mix together and set aside.
- Place garlic, red pepper and onions in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add butter, tomato purée, sweet paprika and hot paprika then sauté 3 min/120°C//speed 2.
- Add veal and cook 10 min/120°C//speed 1.
