Ingrediënten

  • Emmental cheese
  • fresh parsley
  • garlic cloves
  • red pepper
  • onions
  • clarified butter
  • tomato purée
  • sweet paprika
  • hot paprika
  • veal meat

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Emmental in mixing bowl and grate 8 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 8. Transfer to bowl with cheese, mix together and set aside.
  3. Place garlic, red pepper and onions in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Add butter, tomato purée, sweet paprika and hot paprika then sauté 3 min/120°C//speed 2.
  5. Add veal and cook 10 min/120°C//speed 1.
