Ingrediënten

  • vegan dark chocolate
  • sunflower margarine
  • caster sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • soya cream
  • plain flour
  • desiccated coconut
  • baking powder

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease sides and line base of a springform cake tin (Ø 26 cm) with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and soya cream in mixing bowl then mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  4. Add flour, 100 g desiccated coconut and baking powder then mix 15 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add reserved chopped chocolate and mix 5 sec//speed 4. Transfer to prepared tin, sprinkle with remaining 30 g desiccated coconut and bake for 25-30 minutes (180°C), covering with foil after 15 minutes if coconut is browning too quickly.
