- fresh oyster mushrooms
- dried bay leaves
- whole allspice berries
Bereidingswijze
- Place onion, carrot, celery, parsnip, garlic and oil in mixing bowl then chop 4-5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add water, oyster mushrooms, bay leaves, allspice berries, sweet paprika, hot paprika, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and salt then cook 20 min/100°C//speed 1.
- Add tomato purée and oregano then cook 2 min/100°C//speed 1. Serve hot.
