  • onion
  • carrots
  • celery
  • parsnip
  • garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • water
  • fresh oyster mushrooms
  • dried bay leaves
  • whole allspice berries

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place onion, carrot, celery, parsnip, garlic and oil in mixing bowl then chop 4-5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
  2. Add water, oyster mushrooms, bay leaves, allspice berries, sweet paprika, hot paprika, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and salt then cook 20 min/100°C//speed 1.
  3. Add tomato purée and oregano then cook 2 min/100°C//speed 1. Serve hot.
