Ingrediënten

  • almond flour
  • buckwheat flour
  • dried parsley
  • dried oregano
  • fine sea salt
  • ground linseed
  • olive oil
  • water
  • tinned artichoke hearts
  • sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loose-based fluted tart tin (Ø 24 cm).
  2. Place almond flour, buckwheat flour, parsley, oregano and salt in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 3.
  3. Add ground linseed, 3 Tbsp water and oil then, without measuring cup, mix 30 sec/speed 3. Transfer to prepared tin and, using fingers, press dough evenly around base and up sides.
  4. Prick base with a fork then bake for 12-14 minutes (180°C) until lightly golden. Set aside in tin to cool and increase oven temperature to 190°C. Clean mixing bowl.
  5. Place tofu and milk in mixing bowl then blend 20 sec/speed 6 until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula as necessary. Transfer to bowl with vegetables.
