Ingrediënten

  • onions
  • halved walnuts
  • fresh mixed herbs
  • feta cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • oat flakes
  • soy sauce
  • medium eggs
  • puff pastry, ready-rolled
  • medium egg

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place onions, walnuts and herbs in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add feta, breadcrumbs, oat flakes, soy sauce and 3 eggs then mix 20 sec/speed 5.
  4. Lay out puff pastry and cut into 9 rectangles (12 cm x 10 cm). On one long side of each rectangle, place a strip of filling (approx. 2 cm wide), leaving a 1 cm border. Brush the free half of each rectangle with 1 beaten egg. Starting with filling side, roll up from the long side. Halve the rolls and place seam-side down on prepared tray. Brush tops of rolls with remaining beaten egg, slash three times and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes (200°C) or until golden.
