Ingrediënten

- dried instant yeast
- sugar
- strong white bread flour
- fine sea salt
- olive oil
Bereidingswijze
- Place 340 g water, yeast and sugar in mixing bowl then warm 1 min/37°C/speed 2.
- Add flour and salt then knead Dough /3 min. Meanwhile, grease Varoma dish with a drizzle of oil and set aside. Tip dough out, shape into a ball and place in prepared Varoma dish then cover Varoma.
- Place 250 g water in mixing bowl, place covered Varoma into position then start Fermentation /2 h 30 min/50°C. Meanwhile, towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone baking mat. Carefully remove Varoma.
- Transfer dough to prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes (200°C), then turn oven temperature down to 180°C and bake for a further 10-15 minutes until loaf sounds hollow when tapped underneath. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving in slices.
