Ingrediënten

  • blanched almonds
  • cashew nuts
  • nutritional yeast flakes
  • fine sea salt
  • garlic powder
  • water
  • fine sea salt
  • dried wholewheat spaghetti
  • fresh basil
  • garlic cloves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place all 'Parmesan' ingredients in mixing bowl and grind 15 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place water and ½ tsp salt in mixing bowl then heat 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add spaghetti and cook  Open Cooking/4 min/100°C. Gently press the spaghetti down with your hands or spatula until it reaches the mixing bowl rim, allowing the lid to be placed. Cook 9 min/100°C//speed 1 or until al dente. Drain spaghetti through Varoma dish, place in a serving bowl, cover to keep warm then set aside.
  4. Place basil and garlic in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 7.
  5. Add avocado, lime juice, oil, and remaining ½ tsp salt then mince 10 sec/speed 5. Transfer to bowl with spaghetti.
