Ingrediënten

  • watermelon
  • Greek yoghurt
  • granulated sugar
  • vanilla bean paste
  • kiwi fruit

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place watermelon in mixing bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 8. Divide between ice lolly moulds (see tip), leaving approx. 2 cm space on top. Insert wooden ice lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  2. Place yoghurt, sugar and vanilla bean paste in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 10 sec/speed 2.5. Divide between ice lolly moulds and freeze again for at least 4 hours or until solid. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  3. Place kiwi in mixing bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 4. Divide between ice lolly moulds and freeze again for at least 4 hours or until solid.
