Ingrediënten

  • barley grain
  • mixed fresh fruit
  • whole milk

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place whole grain in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10.
  2. Add fruit and chop 3 sec/speed 5 then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add milk and mix 2 sec/speed 6, then cook 6-8 min/90°C/speed 2.
  4. Purée 10 sec/speed 8, then mix 8 min/speed 3 to cool. Check food is thoroughly cooked and puréed to a texture suitable for your baby before serving then transfer to a serving bowl. Check temperature is suitable for your baby before serving.
