  • frozen fruit
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • egg white
  • milk
  • sugar (optional)

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down lid and sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Add frozen fruit and lemon juice (if using) then blend 30 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then blend again 30 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then blend again 30 sec/speed 5. Serve immediately. For a lighter consistency continue with recipe.
  3. Insert butterfly whisk. Add egg white and whip 1 min/speed 3 Divide between serving bowls, leaving 2 Tbsp sorbet in the mixing bowl, and serve immediately. Remove butterfly whisk.
  4. Add milk and remaining 10-20 g sugar (if using) then blend 10 sec/speed 6. Divide between glasses and serve immediately.
