Ingrediënten

  • onions
  • unsalted butter
  • frozen green peas
  • liquid vegetable stock
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • fresh mint leaves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place onions and butter in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  2. Add peas, vegetable stock, salt and pepper then cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add mint and blend 2 min/speed 5-8, increasing speed gradually. Serve hot or cold with a garnish of mint leaves.
